• 60 yr / M, Officer in bank
• Complains of Low Back Pain and buttock pain and Leg pain during walking, heaviness in legs and numbness in legs while walking.
• Difficulty in walking due to LEG PAIN , Heaviness in legs while walking
• Cannot walk for more than 10 mins (Claudication)
• Symptoms more than 1 year recently progressive in nature

Diagnosis –

• X rays , CT scan and MRI is often needed to reach a diagnosis in combination with clinical examination.
